At JMGift.ca, all our products are custom-made and personalized according to your requests.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been confirmed.
 

Exceptions if your order has an issue due to:

a manufacturing defect,

a personalization error (different from what you submitted),

or an item damaged upon delivery,

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the product and packaging, so that we can assess the situation and find an appropriate solution.
